Purchase and/or Negotiation. We even
provide you with some great marketing collateral
to market to property owners on the
requirements, guidelines & benefits of
doing a Short Sale!
- Once all the
necessary documentation has been submitted by
you or your Short Sale property client, we'll
review the file at no cost to determine if we
want to make an All Cash Purchase Offer
ourselves, for one of our pre-approved
investors/buyers or on your behalf for one of
your investors/buyers.
We'll provide you an estimate of the profit you
can expect to earn from the deal before we
