Once all the necessary documentation has been submitted by you or your Short Sale property client, we'll review the file at no cost to determine if we want to make an All Cash Purchase Offer ourselves, for one of our pre-approved investors/buyers or on your behalf for one of your investors/buyers. We'll provide you an estimate of the profit you can expect to earn from the deal before we proceed with either making our All Cash Offer and/or negotiating the Short Sale for you, your investor or your end buyer.
